Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the website at https://bashawealth.com operated by Basha Wealth Management, LLC ("we", "us"). Securities and advisory services are offered through LPL Financial, a registered investment advisor, Member FINRA/SIPC. What this website collects

Information you provide

Two forms on this site collect information, and both are voluntary:

• The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message.
• The Financial Clarity Snapshot form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, and an optional note. It also transmits the broad conversation areas your answers suggested and the retirement scene you selected.

The Retirement Readiness Check does not ask for and does not collect account balances, account numbers, Social Security numbers, holdings, or credentials. Your individual answers to the eight questions are never transmitted or stored — only the high-level conversation areas are included when you choose to send your snapshot. The optional free-text box on the final question remains in your browser and is never sent.

How form submissions are handled

When you submit either form, the information you typed is sent to Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), a form-processing service acting on our behalf, which delivers your enquiry to Genti by email and retains a copy of the submission in our Formspree account. Formspree's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Alongside what you typed, the submission includes the page you were on and, if you arrived through a campaign link, the standard utm_ campaign parameters from that link, so we can tell how enquiries reach us. This carries no identifier for you personally.

What is never sent: your individual answers to the Retirement Readiness Check, any figure you entered into the retirement illustration, and any account balance or holding. The illustration runs entirely in your browser and transmits nothing at all. The Clarity Snapshot form sends only the contact details you chose to provide and the broad conversation areas your answers suggested — never the answers themselves.

We also do not send your name, email address, phone number, message, or assessment results to analytics. Analytics records only that a form was submitted successfully or failed.

Information collected automatically

This site uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the site. It is active. It collects standard web analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and interactions such as clicking a phone number, playing a video, or submitting a form. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this purpose. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. Event data is retained in our Google Analytics account for a fixed period before automatic deletion. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers from your browser.

The site also uses two measurement tools provided by our hosting platform, Vercel Inc. Vercel Speed Insights records how quickly pages load and respond — standard Core Web Vitals timings, together with the page address, general device type, and country. Vercel Web Analytics records page views, the page address, the referring site, general device and browser type, and country, and generates a temporary visitor identifier from a hash that is discarded at the end of each day, so visits cannot be linked across days. Neither tool sets cookies, tracks you between sites, or collects anything you typed or any advertising identifier.

Video

The educational videos play on this page using your browser's own video player, and the video files are served from this website. No third-party video service is involved — there is no YouTube player, no embedded frame, no third-party script, and no cookie is set by anyone other than this site.

Nothing is downloaded until you press play, apart from a small amount of file information your browser reads to show the length of the video. We do not receive a record of who watched what; Google Analytics records only that a video was played on a page, in the same way it records any other click.

This site does not run advertising pixels, remarketing tags, session recording, or third-party trackers beyond those named above.

How information is used

• To respond to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to arrange a conversation.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through the website forms or by unencrypted email.

Children
